    ENHANCEMENT - Radical overhaul of import process, improving the uploading of XML and CSVs as well as mapping to other datasources
    ENHANCEMENT - Added ability to add/edit the fields used to describe a course, provider and presentation
    ENHANCEMENT - Changed language and course fields to bring into line with XCRI CAP 1.1
    ENHANCEMENT - Added XCRI available as a feed.
    FIX - Fixed export to XML not displaying properly
    ENHANCEMENT - Removed validation of password size (was limited to between 5 and 11 characters)
    FIX - Fixed bug in updating a users details.
    FIX - Fixed various issues in XCRI upload
    MODIFICATION - Changed from message resources (text file) to language resources DB
    ENHANCEMENT - Added Language Resource editing facilities.
    ENHANCEMENT - Improved performance of course listing
    ENHANCEMENT - Introduced new table paging/filtering functionality
    CHANGE - Moved tld, struts, tiles and validator files to separate sub-folders
    CHANGE - Separated hibernate db connection properties
    ENHANCEMENT - Added courseagent_build.xml
    ENHANCEMENT - If CSV upload fails, courses uploaded so far are removed.
    ENHANCEMENT - More helpful error message when CSV upload fails
    ENHANCEMENT - Increased the size of the value column in the configuration table.  Mainly for large menus in portals etc.
